Machining

Milling
Conventional and three-axis CNC milling to the maximum weight of 3,000 kg and surface area of 1,000 x 1,200 mm. The most frequently used CNC machines are the MCFV 1060 and MCV 1210.

Lathing
Single-spindle, multiple-spindle and Swiss-type lathes controlled by CNC, cam systems or hydraulic systems for turning from 1 to 450 mm with the maximum turning length of 1,000 mm. The most frequently used lathes are the EMCO MaxxTURN 95, MANURHIN K´MX 432, HANWHA XD 32-38 and SKT 15-200.

Drilling
Classic conventional as well as CNC machines.
We perform precision drilling on SIP 620 and SIP 640 coordinate CNC boring machines.

Grinding
We perform grinding on conventional machines. The maximum workpiece size for flat grinding is 230 x 630 mm, for cylindrical grinding the maximum turning diameter is 320 mm and the maximum grinding length is 1,000 mm.

Electroerosion wire cutting
We own CHARMILLES ROBOFIL 240SLP and FANUC ROBOCUT α-C600iB machines. The maximum surface size is 600 x 400 x 310 mm.
